e-poster submission - Deadline: 14 April 2023

Spring Symposium, 28 April 2023

This year, all scientific contributions must be submitted as 1-page e-poster PDF files. 

Only registered participants may submit e-posters, and will be expected to be present at the Symposium to present their work. If you have not yet registered, do that first (click here to go to the registation page) and note your unique registration number, which should be entered below. 

All e-posters must have a title and an author list, but other than that you may format your e-poster as you wish. However, we encourage you to include the following elements:

  • Title (obligatory)
  • Author list - with affiliations (obligatory) [consider including a photo of the presenting author to facilitate contact with interested readers]
  • Summary
  • Introduction
  • Materials and methods
  • Results
  • Conclusions 

Some e-posters will be selected for oral 10-min presentations during the symposium. To be considered for such a presentation, please make sure that you select option A below. e-posters not selected for 10-min oral presentation will be included in a Flash talk/e-poster Q&A session (only if you select A or B below). All e-posters will be available for viewing by participants during the symposium.

Note that submissions not in PDF format and/or longer than one page, will not be considered.
